Gas valve blocks assembled with pressure regulators-stabilizers and butterfly valves

Since June 2014, the serial production of a new type of valve blocks, complete with regulators - pressure stabilizers of the PC series and throttle valves of the ZR series, has begun.

In these units, the regulator - stabilizer is installed before the first shut - off valve, which ensures the reduction of the inlet pressure to the required value and its stabilization regardless of the change in flow rate. Depending on the customer's requirements, a throttle damper can be installed in the block.

The damper is installed at the block inlet before the first cut - off valve or at the block outlet after the second cut - off valve. The use of throttle valves as part of the block allows you to obtain compact dimensions of the valve group and the required control characteristic.

Before ordering valve blocks with pressure regulators - stabilizers, it is advisable to preliminarily agree on the parameters for setting the outlet pressure of the regulator - stabilizer.

Blocks of solenoid valves are intended for use in remote control systems for gas burners of boilers, heat generators and other heating installations as a shut - off and regulating body and a safety organ.

Solenoid valve blocks consist of individual valves in aluminum or steel housings. The blocks are assembled according to the schemes and can be completed with gas filters, sensors - pressure switches and other devices that ensure complete tightness of the blocks. The parts of the blocks are made of corrosion - resistant materials (aluminum, stainless steel, penta - resistant rubber). Each valve in the block is equipped with an electrical connector with a built - in rectifier and a ground contact.

The use of blocks allows you to reduce labor costs during installation, provides ease of maintenance, allows you to significantly reduce the consumption of materials, dimensions and, accordingly, allows you to significantly reduce the cost of the valve group of burners. All valve blocks allow prestarting control of valve tightness according to any available test algorithm.
