• Application high-quality corrosion-resistant staly for production of driving wheels provides their firmness in hostile environment and increases a resource of work of knot;
• Milling of shovels of driving wheels is carried out on modern five the coordinate equipment HAAS with numerical program control, doing possible processing of details with difficult spatial geometry, high precision of the sizes and quality of surfaces;
• The technology of welding of driving wheels "in a groove" in the environment of protective gases allows to carry out high-strength, corrosion-resistant welded connections, allowing to increase a between-repairs resource in comparison with riveted connections by 7 – 10 times.
• All operation cycle of details is made at one enterprise that allows to carry out high-quality control of production of details;
• The production base allows to conduct processing catch up to 3800 mm long. The maximum diameter of driving wheels is up to 860 mm.
