Description
Household membrane counters of gas (G1,6) are intended for measurement of amount of natural gas in accordance with GOST 5542-87 or vapors of the liquefied hydrocarbonic gas in accordance with GOST 20448-90, and also other nonaggressive gases applied in the household and production purposes, passed through them to the consumer.
The direction of a stream of gas is specified by an arrow on the counter case. Counters of gas conform to requirements of specifications of STB 1159-99 and the international recommendations of MOZM No. 6; No. 31.
Distinctive properties
Heat resistance according to requirements of the international standards and STB8001-93 - + 6500C. Has no analogs in Republic of Belarus. The synthetic membrane, the case from galvanized steel (hot zinc) is applied.
The magnetic coupling which is not demanding maintenance during all service life is used (has no analogs in Republic of Belarus).
All types of counters are produced with the left or right entrance.
Description
The counter consists of the non-demountable tight case which two half are connected among themselves by the metal feedwell, the measuring mechanism mounted in the case, the calculating mechanism.
The gas passing through the counter fills serially two chambers and gives reciprocating the movements to membranes which by means of lever transfer bring the cam mechanism into rotation.
The cam mechanism provides spool-type distribution of gas on four chambers and via the drive transfers rotation to the digital counter in proportion to gas passing.
