Furnace chamber PKM 6.12.5
Chamber furnaces are the most universal for processes of heat treatment. Thanks to the wide nomenclature, the furnace with different sizes of a working chamber are used both in tool production and in thermal shops of the main production of our clients. Over 2 000 such furnaces work now, and the referents-leaf consists more than of 1 500 clients.
Features of a design:
- Tripartite heating (lateral walls and under).
- Hearth heaters are protected by karbidokremniyevy plates 25 mm thick.
- Support under spirals - ceramic tubes with wall thickness not less than 5 mm.
- Support under ceramic tubes through each 40 mm.
- Uniform distribution of temperature in the camera of the furnace.
- Protection against thermal radiation when opening a door (the door opening up).
- Highly effective multilayered isolation - economy of the electric power.
- Modern system of adjustment of temperature (microprocessor controller).
- Modern inductive sensors of blackout when opening a door
