Grid masonry 50х50

The grid masonry is one of kinds of the construction metal gauze. It is generally used for reinforcing of a bricklaying (through each 5 rows of a brick), for finishing and fundamental works, facing of walls and a laying of the gas-block. The grid masonry by a svarivaniye of co-perpendicular bars is made by contact welding. It is made of a wire of BP-1, diameters of 3 mm, 4 mm or 5 mm. The grid masonry is delivered by sheets (cards) of such sizes: (0,38х2) - one and a half bricks and (0,5х2) - two bricks. Also seshchestvut the size (1х2) for free planning of the sizes or filling of a floor

We make a masonry grid by method of contact welding, on the new productive equipment that provides compliance of its technical parameters. The grid with square cells of 50 x 50 mm and 100 x 100 mm in size, from a wire with a diameter of 3 mm, is made in cards by the size: 2,0 m x 0,38 m, 2,0 m x 0,5 m and 2,0 m x 1,0 m.

Such sizes of cards of a masonry grid allow its wide use in construction, for reinforcing of a bricklaying, and at construction of the bases, overlappings, devices of reinforced concrete floors, for a protection and fixing of soil zones. The grid from a wire of 3 mm, with the specified sizes of cells, is the optimum choice on durability reinforcing abilities, to the weight and material capacity.

According to requirements of the customer, production of a masonry grid from thicker wire - to 5 mm and with given sizes of cells which can have not square, but rectangular section is possible.
