Form for cheese firm cylindrical under a serpyanka

The form is intended for formation of cheese of the Slavic type.
The mass of ready cheese – to 6 kg.
The form is carried out in 2 options: with use of corrosion - proof perfovstavka and under "serpyanka".
Set of forms (a basis + a cover) for production of cheese:

Basis: the internal sizes d - 210 mm, h - 175 mm. Price: 160,00 UAH.
Cover: the sizes external d – 207 mm, h - 110 mm. Price: 170,00 UAH.
Three are included in a complete set of forms perforirova1nye inserts from the stainless high - alloyed food steel. Pressing is carried out as follows: in a plastic basis put the punched inserts on a bottom and side surfaces, fill up cheese grain which is covered the punched insert and plastic, put under a press. Through openings in perfovstavka and big openings in a plastic basis of a form during pressing the office of serum is carried out.
