Suitable as a base machine for polystyrene blanks on small - sized CNC or automatic machines. The compactness and low weight of the machine is convenient for use on construction sites, for working with polystyrene foam, warming houses, making hives for bees.
The machine is assembled on pulsed DC cards, power supply and incandescent adjustment. There are three systems for protection against power surges, overheating of the string and circuit. Thanks to the pulse control circuit, the string does not overheat and fulfills its full term. Therefore, string replacement is not required ahead of time.
The life of the string is 800 hours when heated at 1000 degrees. For foam there is no need to warm the string at 1000 degrees, based on an operating temperature of 190 - 240 degrees. the life of the string is increased four more times.
