DFM - the exact tool for fuel consumption measurement. It can be used as it is autonomous, and as a part of the GPS/GLONASS systems of monitoring of transport and control of fuel consumption.

The differential flowmeter of DFM fuel is intended for use in fuel consumption monitoring systems, systems of monitoring of transport installed on autotractor equipment with modern diesel EURO (TIER) 3/4/5 engines. At installation of the sensor there is no change of the scheme of fuel feeding of the engine.
The differential DFM sensor is used to measurement of fuel consumption by cars where it is impossible to use the single-chamber sensor of fuel consumption and the scheme of installation with a zakoltsovyvaniye of the return fuel highway.

Principle of action
The principle of operation of the differential DFM sensor consists in fuel consumption calculation as differences of volumes of the fuel proceeding in the giving and return highways of the engine.
The differential sensor of fuel consumption of DFM consists of two volume measuring chambers of ring type. Each chamber forms an impulse at course of volume of the fuel equal to the volume of a measuring chamber. The electronic subtracting payment is responsible for formation of impulses at the interface exit of the sensor. The quantity of impulses formed by the sensor at an expense difference in highways to equal 1 liter is marked on a sensor plait.

The measured liquids
Sensors of fuel consumption of DFM can be used for measurement of a consumption of the following liquids:
- diesel fuel;
- oven fuel;
- other types of liquid fuel with kinematic viscosity from 1,5 to 6 mm of quarter/page *
* Application for more viscous liquids is also possible, but the maximum expense can become less normalized, and pressure drop on the sensor - is more. All sensors of an expense are calibrated on diesel fuel. It is obligatory to specify a type of fuel and viscosity at the order.
Whether it is possible to deceive a DFM fuel flowmeter?
Flowmeters of DFM fuel allow to find fuel plunder in due time. The sensor is installed directly to the fuel highway of the car. It is reliably protected from a price markup and vandalism. The driver will not be able imperceptibly to influence work of a flowmeter!
- The strong metal case of flowmeters of DFM fuel - reliable protection both against dust and dirt, and against attempts to put the sensor out of action.
- Protection against influence even strong magnet. At electromagnetic influence the flowmeter registers influence duration in the special counter "Intervention Time".
- The purge air is useless! At the increased fuel consumption of DFM fixes intervention in the Price markup counter.
- High term of autonomous work. Flowmeters of DFM fuel can work from the built-in battery till two years. During disconnection from an onboard network the flowmeter writes down data in own memory.
- Sealing of a flowmeter and elements of fuel system. The driver will not be able to interfere with work of fuel system of the car, without having damaged a seal!
Warranty period for DFM fuel flowmeters - 3 years from a date of issue provided that the resource on the volume of the fuel which passed through the camera is not developed.
