Flowing seed treater

Continuous auger seed dresser is intended for treating grain crops to protect against diseases, fungi and harmful organisms by coating with a chemical solution.

The treater is made of stainless steel, as it constantly works with aggressive liquids. The machine is equipped with a computer control system that automatically adjusts the dosage of the etchant liquid and the etchant product. With the help of the waiting hopper, the product is fed into the dressing agent and mixing with liquid dressing continues in the mixing chamber. Then it goes through screw mixing, where the products are completely coated with a chemical agent. The paddles of the system are covered with silicone to prevent damage to the seeds.

How it works:

From the feed hopper through the dispenser, the grain is fed into the dressing chamber, the grain and the chemical solution are scattered by discs and a uniform distribution of the dressing agent on the grain surface is achieved. Further, with the help of the auger, 100% coverage of the grain with the dressing agent is achieved. There are options for automatic and manual control of the treater.
