Decorative concrete coverings

This technology provides drawing on a surface of newly-laid concrete of the pigmented powder with uprochnitel of a surface and the subsequent cave-in in it special stamps with textural drawing of a natural stone. After removal of stamps this drawing remains on a surface of the hardening concrete. The sheeting from special structure on an acrylic basis is applied on the hardened concrete. It provides high frost resistance and wear resistance of a decorative covering along with underlining of color shades.
Production technology

Laying of monolithic concrete on the prepared basis.

Processing of a concrete surface color uprochnitel by putting powder with the subsequent careful steeling.

Putting the material "Releaseagent" for prevention of sticking of stamps to a concrete surface.

Laying of stamps, their cave-in in concrete for receiving textural drawing and shift of stamps.

Keeping of concrete of 12-15 hours.

Washing of a surface of concrete with water under pressure of 200 bars for the purpose of removal of the remains of "Releaseagent".

Surface covering acrylic structure of "ClearSealer" in two layers manually (a brush, the roller).
Scope

Performance of a decorative covering is possible both at the device new, and at reconstruction of an old covering. The decorative covering can be applied for: Squares and streets, walking paths and sidewalks, automobile drives, parkings, domestic platforms, etc. The surface of concrete can give a type of a paving a natural sawn stone, a "fragmentary" stone blocks, plitnyaky, a high-strength brick, or imitirovt different laying of a tile. Service life of decorative coverings at intensity of traffic of 4-5 years, at intensive processing by salt anti-icers - 2-3 years. After this term it is necessary to restore a protective layer by drawing one layer of acrylic structure of "ClearSealer" on dry cleared of dirt and raise dust a surface.
