Floor zapayshchik

Floor with pulse or continuous heating pedal zapayshchik are intended for a zapayka (welding) and cutting polyethylene, polypropylene or PVC of a film. By means of a zapayshchik production of packages or a zapayka of ready packages including big sizes from polymeric films up to 1000 microns thick is possible.

Zapayshchiki are in addition equipped with mechanical knives, holders of a roll of a film. The drive of the lever of a zapayka is carried out from a pedal or from pneumatic drives. These devices are the most economic option of the tight packer for small business and are widely used when packing foodstuff, medicines, toys, electronic components, clothes, etc.

Floor zapayshchik form a flat seam which turns out by means of the flat heating element welding a film without cutting it.
