Fireproof covering of AKTEPM of Ognezashchita™

AKTEPM Fire protection is intended for fire protection of a metalwork (increases of fireproof efficiency (fire protection) of metal designs to the R30 parameters; R45; R60; R90; R120 and R150 (fire protection for 45 minutes, fire protection for 60 minutes, fire protection for 90 minutes, fire protection for 120 minutes), (R150 - as a part of the systems "AKTEPM Fire Protection"), in given sluchayeognezashchitny paint is intended for protection of a metal construction against warming up at the fire;

Structure:

Acrylic dispersions, fire-retarding agents, pigments and fillers, special additives, water

Scope:

AKTEPM Fire protection is intended for drawing on metal designs for the purpose of increase of their fire resistance and prevention of distribution of a flame at development of the fire and is applied to protection of the metal protecting, bearing and roofing designs and overlappings, and also mines, casings of sleeves for laying of air ducts. It can be used as the fireproof finishing material applied on other designs (concrete, a tree, plaster, polyurethane foam, a cardboard, etc.) and it is applied both for internal, and to external works.

Way of drawing:

· a brush, the roller, an airless spray (the tool is cleared by water upon termination of work at once)

Application guide:

To remove from a surface mechanically a friable and bedded rust, the old exfoliated paint. To smooth out edges and welded seams. To remove agnails, the remains of welding slags. If necessary to degrease water solutions of industrial detergents or solvent, then to wash out water and to dry up. To apply anticorrosive GF-021 soil, to allow it to dry during the recommended time. To carefully mix paint.

Fireproof paint is applied in layer-by-layer, depending on the required thickness of a fireproof covering. Thickness of each put paint coat has to be no more than 0,25 mm.

Drawing conditions:

· ambient temperature is from +3 ºС to +45 ºС

· relative humidity of air (85 ± 5) %

Drying time:

1 hour at a temperature + 20 ºС and relative humidity of air (85 ± 5) %

Expense:

Depending on the required group of fireproof efficiency and the given metal construction thickness

Solvent:

Water, but no more than 5% of paint volume

ATTENTION - organic solvents not to apply!

Transportation and storage:

· in densely closed factory container

· at a temperature not lower than + 5 ºС

· a warranty period of storage of 12 months of date of production

· date of production is specified on a label

Precautionary measures:

· at hit of paintwork material in eyes it is necessary to wash out their large number waters at once

· when drawing to use individual means of protection

· to store in the place, inaccessible for children
