Fire protection impregnation of wooden designs of DSA-1 (I group)

LLC Stobal Sistem, being an official dealer of the plant, offers impregnating ognebiozashchitny mixes  DSA-1 and DSA-2 . APPOINTMENT: Fire protection of wooden designs of DSA-1 is intended for ognebiozashchitny processing of wood, wooden designs, houses, constructions, their elements and timber. Provides the first (highest) group of efficiency of fire protection in accordance with GOST 16363-98. "Fire safety of construction objects" answers trebovaniyeyam to DBN-V.1.1-7-2002

Fireproof impregnations  of DSA-1 and DSA-2 have a wide scope for construction objects, mechanical engineering, etc. The mixes DSA-1 and DSA-2    are intended for processing of wooden products and internal building constructions for the purpose of decrease in their combustibility (inflammability) and granting antiseptic properties to them. 

The wood processed by fireproof impregnations of DSA-1 and DSA-2 is classified in accordance with GOST 30219-95 as slow-burning which is not capable to independent burning. 

The bactericidal polymeric film which is formed protects wood from "vysalivaniye" during fluctuation of humidity in the environment.

Preparation of ready solutions: 

Mix impregnating consists of fire-retarding agent (three components) and antiseptics (the fourth component). 
  
 Fire-retarding agent: 
Component No. 1 (dry) - 20% 
Component No. 2 (dry) - 10% 
Component No. 3 (liquid) - 1% 
Solvent – water of 69% 

 Antiseptics: 
Component No. 4 (liquid concentrate):

- when using "DSA-1" 1 liter of a component No. 4 + 24 liters of water will be required  
- when using "DSA-2" the 2nd liter of a component No. 4 + 23 liters of water will be required 

Processing: 

The surface is processed in two layers by fire-retarding agent and one layer antiseptics. You watch the detailed description of working process in "Regulations on processing).

TO ATTENTION OF BUYERS AND DESIGNERS!

To calculate what quantity is necessary for you, increase the area of the processed surface on 0,2. One kg of mix is enough for processing of 4-5 m ² wood. 

RASOD OF READY SOLUTIONS

Fire-retarding agent consumption – 0,6 l. \ 1 m ², antiseptics – 0,2 l.\ 1 m ².

The equipment for drawing - a brush, the roller, units for dispersion.

Average term of fireproof efficiency: DSA of 1 - 2 year, DSA 2 - 3 years. Depending on service conditions term can be big.

After impregnation does not change color and texture.
