X-RAY FLUORESCENT EXPRESS ANALYZER of structure of alloys and not organic chemistry of "EXPERT 3L"

Defines concentration of elements from 12Mg to 92U in any types of alloys (both standard, and non-standard

The EXPERT 3L analyzer is developed for work in the conditions of stationary and mobile laboratories.

Appointment:

- direct measurement of a mass fraction of chemical elements in metal samples (steel, bronze, jeweler alloys, etc.);

- an assessment of maintenance of components in ores, building materials, slags, slimes, industrial wastes, etc. inorganic objects;

- customs, criminalistic examination, examination of antiquities and objects of art, environmental monitoring.

Metrological characteristics:

- analyzers are provided by definition of elements from magnesium 12Mg to uranium 92U at the same time for one measurement

- range of the measured contents from 0.001 to 100%

- detection limits in a silicon matrix at the level of 1 ppm.

- measurement time no more than 1 min. (usually 10 - 30 pages)

For increase of sensitivity to easy elements (to Mg, Al, Si) the analyzer it is supplied with system of a purge of channels of the collimator helium (an expense - 30 - 45 ml/min., with a pressure of 0,5 - 1 atm).
