Filter hose FRIA type

The modular FRIA filters with adsorbers developed in the NIIOGAZ Semibratovsky firm are intended for purification of the gases which are emitted in the course of electrolysis aluminum production and, first of all, from fluoric connections in a gaseous and firm phase, inorganic dust and resinous substances.

Hose filters of FRIA of standard sizes 400, 900, 1250, 1700 and 1950 with the actual surface of filtering of one module respectively are developed for the Sukhoi systems of gas purification of aluminum production: 435, 870, 1287, 1693 and 1930 ^sq.m. (In systems of dry gas purification contact of the purified gas with liquid is excluded).

Filters of standard sizes FRIA-400, FRIA-900 and FRIA-1250, can be packed in blocks from 2nd to 13 modules in everyone. For convenience of layout decisions single modules and blocks are manufactured the right and left executions.

Clearing modules (filter adsorber) are intended for work under depression and in a certain interval of temperatures of the purified gas. The most admissible depression in the module of 8000 Pas, an interval of the maximum temperatures ^{130-200 0C} (depends on the applied filtromaterial).
