Fibrous air filters consist of the volume filtering material made of polyester or fiber glass which is kept by the metal gauze and are fixed in the frame made of galvanized steel.
G3 filtration class. This type of filters is intended for ensuring rough purification of the air given to rooms and also for protection of filters of thin cleaning of large particles of dust and dirt. It is recommended to use in systems of the central conditioning.
Filters are manufactured of 100% of polyester by method of a thermofastening (termobonding) of synthetic fibers, is created taking into account international experience in the sphere of a filtration of air and has highly technological structure, has the high mechanical durability and a pyleemkost.
In use filters it is necessary to control their aerodynamic resistance on indications of the manometer connected to the unions which are built in in walls of air ducts before and after a filter element. To make replacement of filters at achievement of final aerodynamic resistance of the filter, or at achievement of resistance specified in the passport of ventilating installation.
Fibrous air filters have about the following technical characteristics:
- class of cleaning of EN 779: G2/GZ/G4;
- fire - dangerous class K1/F1 DIN 53438;
- working temperature is from - 40 to + 70 °C;
- efficiency of cleaning (% ) 54 starting with a resistance of 35 - 55 Pas;
- the recommended final resistance of 130 Pas;
- regeneration is absent.
