It is made of fibreglass and it is recommended for application at production of electric motors for deduction of electrowindings of a rotor and the stator in exchange wooden.

Fiberglass wedges are made type of SPP - E and there correspond TUU3. 00216881 - 001 - 95 and GOST 27380 - 87.

Range of working temperatures from - 60 to + 155C (a class of heat stability of F), density - 2100 kg / mz.
At the enterprise grooving wedges in shape are made now:

• - a segment (the basis x height) mm - 3х1,5; 3,7х2; 4х3; 5,5х2,5; 5х3; 6х3; 6,5х4; 7х3; 8х4; 9х4; 10х5; 12х5;
• - core (rod) with a diameter of 2,5; 3,5; 4; 5; 6; 8; 9; 11; 15; 20 mm;
• - a rectangle, mm – 10х12;
• - a square, mm – 10х10;
• - trapezes, mm – 14х12,5х5.
