Fiber basalt for concrete

One of the most effective methods on improvement of strength characteristics of the concrete used in construction of wall designs, surfaces of industrial couplers, roofs, and also various plaster mixes is use of construction fiber (fiber).

The basalt fiber is a special construction fiber which carries out a role of the reinforcing component at the microlevel.
The main application fibrovolokon, is focused as additional means for concrete, and also for various construction mixes.

Basalt the fibrovolokn is combined in themselves by high technological rates of basalt:

1) mechanical durability,

2) resistance to chemically hostile environment (from acids to alkalis),

3) resistance to differences of temperatures. Fibers from basalt do not lose the properties depending on acidity of the environment, are not toxic,

4) does not form the dust weighed in air,

5) do not burn,

6) are easily entered into dry concrete mixes

The basalt fiber provides three-dimensional hardening of concrete in comparison with traditional fittings which provide only two-dimensional hardening.
