Our organization is deeply concerned about the infringing listing that has come to our attention, prominently featuring an identical designation to the esteemed GI, "Bordeaux".
"Bordeaux" holds a distinguished status as a Geographical Indication wine spirit, with its usage dating back to December 20, 1967. We are paramount to the protection and preservation of this GI's integrity and reputation.
It is evident that the presence of this infringing listing not only violates the established rights associated with the GI but also contravenes the clauses outlined in European Regulations.
Furthermore, we have observed that the term "Bordeaux" is used in this listing for a product that is completely unrelated to our GI. It is difficult to say what exactly the product is, and thus, the mention of "Bordeaux" is not only misleading but also entirely pointless in this context.
Therefore, we urgently request the removal of this listing to prevent further infringement and to uphold the integrity of our Geographical Indication. We trust in your prompt attention to this matter and your cooperation in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
