Feeder vibration PG 2

"VIBROTEHNIK" produces two models of vibration feeders with the horizontal tray of the uniform material feed: PG 1 and PG 2. These feeders belong to the vibration equipment of the laboratory class, have small overall dimensions and weight. They are intended for uniform supply of bulks, including in the environment of the protective gases excluding interaction of material with the surrounding atmosphere.

Feeders can be applied in different industries, such as: geological, metallurgical, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, perfumery and many others.

Performance of the feeder can be regulated by two methods:
- change of speed of the movement of material on the tray by adjustment of amplitude of fluctuation of the tray from the control panel; - change of thickness of the layer of material on the tray by adjustment of provision of the shiberny gate.
Installation of the feeder does not require fastenings or the base. The loading hopper and the tray are made of stainless steel.

At inclusion of the feeder alternating current proceeds on the vibroactivator coil winding; the variation electromagnetic field arising at the same time influences the anchor. As a result the anchor makes back and forth motions, bending springs and returning to the starting position. Fluctuations of the anchor are transferred to the related horizontally located tray. The axis of the anchor is located at an angle to the horizon that provides optimal conditions for transportation of material on the tray.
The material which is filled up in the bunker through the final crack gets on the tray, moves on it and comes out through the pipe. Performance of the feeder can be regulated by two methods:
