Description
Fat melters are intended for heat treatment (melting, heating, etc. ) of confectionery fats, glaze. They are used for the production of butter, cocoa butter, chocolate, margarine and combined oils, ice cream, condensed milk, various confectionery fillings, creams and other products.
The LTS - ZhT fat melter consists of a rectangular bath, inside which a coil is installed in the horizontal plane. The tub is welded to the frame and has a drain hole with a diameter of 50 mm. The frame is made of a shaped tube. Fat melting is carried out by supplying a coolant through the coil and heating the water "jacket" along the outer perimeter of the bath. The fat melts and accumulates in the bath, and is drained or pumped out as it fills. The melting point is selected by regulating the flow of the heat carrier.It is possible to manufacture LTS - ZhT from 100 l to 3000 l.
