The fan radial BP 80-75 No. 5.0 of unilateral absorption belongs to group of fans of low pressure and is intended for pumping of nonaggressive air-gas mixes with temperature no more than 85 °C. At the same time the maintenance of firm particles of dust except sticky and voloknosoderzhashchy should not exceed more 110mg/m3. The fan of BP 80-75 No. 5.0 is manufactured of galvanized steel that provides protection against corrosion and gives to the fan appearance. The improved geometry of the driving wheel of the fan reduces the noise level and vibration during its work. Blades of the driving wheel are manufactured in studded execution. The number of blades (shovels) in the driving wheel of-13 pieces. The fan has the strengthened frame that stiffens all design. The fan of BP 80-75 has analogs of the following brands; fans of BP 86-77, BP 80-70, VTs4-75, VTs4-70. The fan of BP 80-75 designation of type have to consist from: letters B - the fan; letters P - radial; letters C - centrifugal. The hundredfold size of coefficient of a total pressure on the mode of the maximum full efficiency rounded to an integer 80. Fans of BP 80-75B and BP 86-77B (explosion-proof of diverse metals) are intended for movement of the gas-steam-air explosive mixes IIA, IIB of the categories which are not causing the accelerated corrosion of carbonaceous steel and aluminum (speed of corrosion is not higher than 0,1 mm a year) with the content of dust and other solid impurity no more than 0,1 g/m3 in the absence of explosive and sticky substances and fibrous materials and with the temperature no more than 80 °C. Fans are not applicable for movement of gazo-pylevozdushny mixes from technological installations in which explosive substances heat up higher than temperature of their spontaneous ignition or are under excessive pressure.
