FAN NOZZLE SV - 1200, SV - 1200M

During the process of erosion of sedimentary layers or product injection, it enters the chamber of the SV - 1200 nozzle under pressure. At the exit from the annular slits, a fan - shaped turbulent jet of product is formed, which is directed to the bottom of the tank and provides a flush of sediment, maintaining it in suspension and preventing re - settling. During the subsequent pumping of the product, the precipitate distributed in its volume comes out with the bulk. The erosion chamber is equipped with two types of ring slots. Some provide erosion of the bottom sediment, while others serve for self - cleaning.


NORTH NOZZLE SV - 1200BV, SV - 1200BG An external pump creates the pressure of the product, which enters the nozzle and is divided into two flows: one passes through a horizontal nozzle, which forms a directed jet to disrupt sediment from the bottom of the tank; the other goes to the blades of a vertical hydraulic blender. The rotation of the blades of the hydraulic blender provides mixing of the product and sediment. The speed of the product eliminates the repeated precipitation and maintains it in suspension.

SV - 1200B fan nozzles withstand a working pressure of 5 - 6 kgf / cm2 (maximum pressure 10 kgf / cm2). Products are made in two variations: from stainless (corrosion - resistant) or carbon steel. The complete absence of movable elements and the unique design of nozzles of the type SV - 1200B ensure their guaranteed uninterrupted operation for more than 10 years.

The special hydrodynamic configuration of the nozzles, which is a unique development of our engineers, ensures the achievement of high erosion efficiency. A horizontal nozzle forms a flow that disrupts the bottom sediment and raises it to an insignificant height. The fan nozzle forms a powerful turbulent flow, which helps to mix the entire mass of the product in the tank and ensures that the bottom sediment remains in suspension.

A feature of the models of this series is the ability to work from a regular pump, which pumps the product into the tank. This technical solution allows you to arbitrarily select the installation point of the system at the bottom of the tank, which is not allowed by erosion systems equipped with an electric drive.

Devices of type SV - 1200B fully meet the requirements of the Russian Technical Supervision Authority. The devices are available in three climatic variations: T, UHL and U, location category 1 according to GOST 15150 - 69.

Nozzle fan SV - 1200G

Designed for use in the oil refining and food industries, for products that require constant suspension in suspension during storage.

This series of devices operates with a standard pump, which is equipped with a tank for pumping product into it, which allows you to choose an arbitrary location of the nozzle at the bottom of the tank. Flushing systems with a separate electric drive do not have such an opportunity. The beam system makes it possible to achieve a nozzle arrangement equidistant from the center of the reservoir for arbitrary placement of the transfer case.

Nozzles form product flows with small negative and positive angles to the bottom of the tank. Flows with a negative angle of inclination provide separation of sediment from the bottom of the tank. Spiral flows with a positive angle of inclination carry the sediment up and ensure its suspension. An annular gap located at the bottom of the transfer case prevents the possibility of sedimentation on the central part of the bottom of the tank under the transfer case. Accumulating sediment passes through it, and with the flow of the product moves to the horizontal nozzles.
