Bitumen-powder for application in road construction. The main raw materials for receiving rolled bituminous and polymeric materials is the old (fulfilled) bituminous roofing carpet. As softener the secondary raw materials in the form of the fulfilled industrial and engine oils on an organic basis, the black oil remains are used. As modifiers the secondary raw materials as that a rubber crumb and the packing and heat-insulating materials which served the term from expanded polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene are also used.

Commodity components (which need to be got):

· A basis - fiberglass;

· Topping - vermiculite;

· A packing film - a film roofing, thermoshrinkable.

Only waste of soft roofs, and also working off of oil or waste of fuel oil is necessary for production of pure bitumen of the BN-E brand. The considered technology, due to the efficiency, allows to provide positive profitability as processing of waste of bituminous roofing materials, and the processing of semi-finished products following it in finished goods: commodity bitumen, bituminous mastics, rolled roofing material, etc.
