GAS CONTROL GRP, GRPSH, GRPN POINTS, GRU
Appointment
Gas control GRP, GRPSh, GRPN points, GRU are applied to reduction of high and average pressure of natural gas or other nonaggressive gases on demanded, automatic maintenance of the set output pressure and shutdown of supply of gas at emergency increase and decrease of output pressure from admissible preset values.
The processing equipment of gas control points is placed in a metal case with a fireproof heater (upon the demand of the customer).
Upon the demand of the customer frameworks of cases can be also sheathed by nonflammable construction three-layer panels like "Ventall-S" with mineral warming.
Gas control points are used in systems of gas supply of the public, household, industrial and agricultural enterprises.
Service conditions of gas control points correspond to climatic modifications in accordance with GOST 15150:
U1 (HL1) at ambient temperature from minus 40 to +60ºС (from minus 60 to +60ºС) - at production in a case;
UHL4 at ambient temperature from 0 to +60ºС - at production on a frame.
Average service life not less than 15 years.
The appointed service life - 40 years.
Structure of gas control points
Gas control points include the following capital equipment:
filters gas for purification of gas of mechanical impurity;
regulators of pressure of gas of the RDU-32, RDGD, RDG, RDBK1, RDNK, RDSK type, etc. the regulators allowed for use;
safety PTDC locking valves, PKN;
safety PSK, KPS waste valves;
shutoff valves;
manometers for visual control of working pressure of the measured gas on an entrance and an exit;
heating system (from a gas heater, from an external source or from heaters electric in explosion-proof execution);
The heating system is installed at the request of the customer.
Upon the demand of the customer gas control points can be completed difmanometry or the pressure difference indicator for measurement of pressure difference on the filter.
Upon the demand of the customer gas control points are made:
with one line of reduction and the bypass line (baypasy);
with two lines of reduction (the main and reserve);
with two lines of reduction with two exits;
with two consistently switched on regulators.
