Description

Manufacturer (supplier)

  • LLC "Ferment"

Enzyme dry feed additive

  • "Fekord - 2012 - F (group 1)";
  • "Fekord - 2012 - F (group 2)".

Compound

Enzymes cellulase, xylanase, glucoamylase, phytase, a - amylase and β - glucanase (producer strains - Trichoderma reese, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus amydoliguefaciens, Bacillus subtilis, Pichia Pastor , rye bran, chalk, silica, etc. ).

Appointment

It is used in feed rations of farm animals and poultry to increase the nutritional value of feed and the assimilation of phosphorus from plant ingredients through the breakdown of phytic acid and the destruction of difficultly hydrolyzed carbohydrates.

Biological properties:

Dry enzymatic feed additives "Fekord - 2012 - F (group 1)", "Fekord - 2012 - F (group 2)" contribute to:

  • destruction of anti - nutritive non - starchy polysaccharides;
  • destruction of the cell walls of the endosperm of grain and increasing the availability of cell starch and protein for endogenous enzymes of poultry and animals;
  • increasing the level of digestibility of crude protein, carbohydrates, phosphorus and feed lipids;
  • reducing the viscosity of feed, improving the digestibility of nutrients and their absorption in the small intestine;
  • reducing the specific consumption of feed per unit of manufactured products;
  • increase in productivity indicators of farm animals and poultry.

Release form

Homogeneous powder from light cream to light brown.

Application procedure

It is recommended to include feed additives for poultry, pigs and cattle of any sex and age groups in diets containing up to: 65% wheat, 30% rye, 70% barley, 50% oats, 75% corn, 20% wheat bran, 20% sunflower meal , 60% triticale and other feed products with a high content of non - starchy polysaccharides (NPS), phytic compounds.

Recommended rate for the introduction of enzyme feed additives into compound feed for pigs, cattle and poultry:
  • "Fekord - 2012 - F" (group 1) - up to 100 g per 1 ton of feed;
  • "Fekord - 2012 - F" (group 2) - from 500 to 1000 g per 1 ton of feed.

The additives are introduced at the factories producing premixes, PMBMs and compound feeds or in feed shops using existing mixing technologies.

Stability

Feed additives remain effective at a pH value between 2.0 and 9.0. During the granulation process, the temperature is maintained up to 95 ° C.

Waiting time

Agricultural products obtained after the use of feed additives can be used for food purposes without restrictions.

Benefits of using

  • hydrolytic degradation of arabinoxylans and β - glucans, cellulose and other non - starch polysaccharides of feed;
  • more complete absorption of nutrients;
  • reduction in specific feed consumption per unit of manufactured products;
  • a significant increase in the absorption of calcium, protein, energy;
  • increased availability of proteins, amino acids, carbohydrates;
  • the safety of the livestock increases;
  • compensation for the deficiency of digestive enzymes in the early stages of development of young agricultural animals. animals and under stress, when the production of their own enzymes is limited;
  • decrease in the viscosity of the contents of the upper intestine;
  • reduced water consumption;
  • release of phosphorus from the phytate complex of cereals due to the action of phytase;
  • reducing the need for phosphorus additives by 5 - 8 times, the introduction of meal and cake by 1 - 1.5% without losing the quality of the feed;
  • an increase in the weight gain of animals and poultry, as well as an increase in poultry egg production.

Efficiency

The use of a feed additive in mixed feed for poultry increases the digestibility of starch, protein, lysine, methionine and lipids by 6.3 - 10.2% ; an increase in the average daily weight gain by 9.3 - 13.1% , egg production by 2.3 - 4.5% ; reduction of feed consumption per unit of production by 5.7 - 14.3% ; increasing the assimilation of phosphorus to 80 - 90% , while improving the ecological situation of the environment due to the deeper assimilation of nitrogen and phosphorus by the body of the bird and, thus, reducing the release of these substances into the environment by 20 - 40% .

When using FEKORD - 2012 - F in feeding pigs, the average daily weight gain increases by 12.3% ; the digestibility of crude protein increases by 7.2 - 9.8% , essential amino acids by 5.4% , starch by 5.4 - 7.5% , calcium by 8.7 - 14.3% , phosphorus by 17.6 - 28.3% , the amount of phosphorus in feces decreases, and this, in turn, contributes to an improvement in the environmental situation. The use of FECORD - 2012 - F allows to reduce feed costs for products by 7.2 - 15.2% , the productivity of pigs increases by 3 - 8% , and the level of intestinal diseases decreases.

The use of FEKORD - 2012 - F in the diets of young cattle allows increasing the digestibility of dry matter by 4.9 - 10.6% , organic matter by 2.7 - 4.0% , crude protein by 4.5 - 6.6% , crude fat by 3.9 - 8.5% , crude fiber by 4.4 - 8.5% ; increase milk production by 7.3 - 10.3% ; to reduce the cost of milk by 7.6 - 13.1% ; reduce feed costs per unit of production by 8.6 - 11.2% ; increase the profitability of milk production by 8.3 - 16.8% and get additional profit from the sale of products during the milk period.
