The BRAINTEST system allows you to record 4,8,12,16,19,21 channel EEG in the "10 - 20" system synchronously with the ECG in one lead according to the study protocol or in the monitoring mode.

High technical characteristics of the device and special software implemented in the system allow obtaining high - quality recording of an electroencephalogram in any room.
The quality control of the placement of electrodes is carried out automatically during their installation and throughout the entire period of EEG recording by measuring the interelectrode impedance and the corresponding indication on the front panel of the EEG amplifier. A system of various filters performs digital EEG filtering in real time.

To display the electroencephalogram in the form familiar to the doctor, the system provides the ability to change the amplitude and time sweep of the EEG during recording and viewing.

The system has the ability to conduct sound and light stimulation; the duration and frequency of stimuli are set programmatically using a special system of settings.

The electroencephalogram is displayed on the screen in any user - selected installation (monopolar, bipolar, mixed).

The system allows you to create arbitrary montages and subsequently use them in the program to change the EEG presentation.

To study the patient's behavioral reactions, simultaneously with the EEG recording, it is possible to record the patient's video image on the hard disk of a personal computer.

A modern video camera with a rotary remote control and a remote control allows the doctor to observe the patient without stress and record the image of those parts of the body or face and in such a perspective and magnification as it is necessary for a particular examination. Compression of the video signal in real time makes it possible to carry out long - term EEG - video monitoring.
