Appointment

SEA - Decks, cases, superstructures, ballast and fuel tanks of sea vessels, barges and vessels of auxiliary fleet. The HR polyforms is suitable for immersion both in salty, and in fresh water and fuel. It is especially reliable as a covering for tanks with sea ballast water.

INDUSTRIAL - External surfaces of tanks, constructional steel and pipes at chemical plants, oil processing, woodworking both paper-mills and plants on processing of sewage. The sea platforms, moorings and other constructions which are affected by severe atmospheric conditions, the waters, salty splashes which are operated in the conditions of immersion or conditions of hostile chemical environment.

Properties

The covering possesses high anticorrosive properties, resistance to organic environments, fresh and sea water, oils, gasoline, detergents, allows steaming.

Preparation of a surface

1. To clear a surface of dust, dirt, oil spots by means of an obezzhirovatel, solvent or White spirit.

2. To remove a rust with bead-blasting or sandblast cleaning or to carry out careful manual or mechanical cleaning.

3. To degrease pure metal White spirit.

4. The painted surface has to be dry and pure.

5. The best results are achieved by preparation of a surface to degree of St3 (ISO 8501-1)

6. Method of application

1. Before application components of enamel mix in the ratio, specified in the passport of party, with use of the mechanical mixer to uniformity on all volume of the tare place

2. Poliform" HR apply a xylol, toluene or R-4 to enamel dilution. For achievement of necessary viscosity dilution of enamel to 10-15% of total amount is allowed.

3. Enamel is applied with a brush, the roller, devices of pneumatic or airless dispersion.

4. Enamel is applied in two and more layers with intermediate drying about 4 hours at 20 °C. The general thickness of a dry covering has to make 100-200 microns, for an internal surface of the volume of 300 microns

Storage

Warranty period of storage of 6 months from the date of production.

Storage conditions

To store enamel in densely closed container, protecting from hit of moisture and direct sunshine, far from devices of heating and electric devices, at a temperature from - 20 ° to + 30 °C.
