Effective flushing fluid for all centralized water - miscible cutting fluid and hydraulic fluid supply systems, or for machine tools with individual cutting fluid supply.
OKTAMIX CLEAN 1.0 is a water - based product, free of secondary alkanolamines, heavy metal compounds, phenols, hexahydrotriazines and nitrites. According to the degree of impact on the human body, it belongs to the 4th hazard class according to GOST 12.1.007.
SCOPE OF OKTAMIX CLEAN 1.0
A 1 - 2% aqueous solution of OKTAMIX CLEAN 1.0 is added to the used working lubricating and cooling liquid 8 - 12 hours before draining. The full cleaning effect is achieved if the working fluid is circulated through all working parts of the system.
When OKTAMIX CLEAN 1.0 is added, neither foaming nor pH of the working fluid undergoes significant changes. The sludge in the machine system, pipes, system tanks is loosened and transferred to an emulsified state.
The cleaning process should be carried out before changing the working fluid, during the working cycle. The cleaning process does not adversely affect the performance of the hydraulic system or machine.
For heavily contaminated systems, it is recommended to increase the residence time of the flushing fluid in the system to 24 hours. It is best to remove large build - ups and deposits mechanically and then rinse with clean water.
During cleaning, check the operation of the filters.

Storage
The product should be stored in a closed container in a dry and clean room, away from flammable materials, heat sources and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature 5 - 35 ° C. Avoid deep freezing of the product. The recommended shelf life is 24 months.
