Oil transformers
are issued with power from 10 to 1600 kVA, of 6-10/0,4 kV, with corrugated walls or with radiators. Scheme and group of connection of windings U/Un-0, D/Un-11 or U/Zn-11. Upon the demand of the customer we can put transformers with other combination of tension and different designs (TMF, TME, TMB, etc.).
Transformers conform to requirements:
- GOST 11677-85 "Transformers power. General specifications";
- GOST 27050-86 "Transformers power the I-III dimensions (power over 5 to 6300 kVA inclusive up to 35 kV inclusive);
- TU U 31.1-31617591-001-2005 "Transformers oil power with power from 25 to 1000 kVA".
Operating conditions of transformers:
- installation height above sea level - to 1000 m;
- air temperature from minus 45 °C to plus 40 °C.

- TM 25... 1600 kVA
- TMG 10... 1600 kVA
- TMZ 630... 1600 kVA
- TMF 250... 1000 kVA
- OHM 0,63... 10 kVA
Transformers for heating of concrete and soil:
- TMOB of 80 kVA
Regulation of tension is carried out by the switching without excitement (SWE) at the transformer which is switched-off from a network as from highest (VN) and lowest (NN) of tension. Tension is regulated on the party of VN at a size of ±2x2,5% from nominal rate.
Inputs of BH and HH of external installation, removable, insulators checkpoints porcelain. At currents more than 1000 And above on current carrying a core contact clips with a shovel fasten that provides connection of the tire or a cable tip.
Maslorasshiritel provides availability of oil at all operating modes of the transformer and fluctuations of ambient temperature, and also has the built-in airdehumidifier with an oil lock.
For measurement of temperature of the top butter layers on a cover the thermometer is installed. Transformers with power from 400 to 1600 kVA are completed with skating rinks.
