APPOINTMENT, PRINCIPLE OF ACTION AND SCOPE

The mixer of the dry mixes CC-0,8 is intended for mixing of dry construction mixes, compound feeds, components of glass furnace charge, etc. with the bulk density no more than 1300 kg/m3 and humidity no more than 1%.

The principle of work - periodic with independent loading of the mixed components.

The mixer is manufactured in the climatic modification of UHL4 * in accordance with GOST 15150-69 for work at ambient temperatures from +1 °C to +35 °C and relative humidity from 30 to 80% on all range of temperatures.

DESIGN

The mixer consists of the following main parts: body; mixers; mixer electric drive; the issuing hatch with the pneumatic actuator; systems pneumatic. The pneumatic actuator is supplied with magnetic sensors of provision of the rod of the pneumatic cylinder.
