Use of magnets is accompanied by a number of traditional problems. That to avoid them, the special system allowing to minimize traces from a suspension bracket is developed. Also thanks to this system the local cooling effect is eliminated. The system included ferromagnet (it is placed in the case from zinc - an aluminum alloy, it is protected by the masking element).
Assembled the case of a magnet it is possible to fix on equipment with couplings by means of special inserts or to record on a suspended core by means of pieces from a wire ø 4 mm. Through cuts at the edges of a magnet in the masking cap two plates from metal are inserted. They hold the painted product and transfer magnetic force. When on plates from metal a lot of paint collects, they can be replaced. In this case action of the magnetic holder will be prolonged. Thanks to a special form of plates traces from a suspension bracket are minimized.
MHM11 magnet - the ferromagnet possessing the fine holding ability for products of easier weight. MHM 21 - the ferromagnet having considerably the bigger holding force. It is possible to use both magnets at high temperatures (to 250 °C).
If the maximum level of the holding magnetic force is necessary, then we offer you reliable system which consists of an U-shaped metal leaf and MHM 21 ferromagnet. The sheet is protected by a special silicone product. The design can be adapted to certain conditions of the customer. The system can also be applied together with equipment - "yoke" or to weld on a suspended rack.
The magnetic holder of small weight for easy products is ideally suited for suspended equipment which has easy couplings. The same magnet of MHM 11, as well as is applied to suspended system type 1.

If the maximum holding magnetic force is required, we offer the strongest system consisting of the U-shaped metal sheet protected by a special silicone product and MHM 21 ferromagnet (see drawing). The design adapts to concrete requirements of the customer. This system can be also used together with equipment - "yoke" or directly be welded on a suspended rack.

The easy magnetic holder for not heavy products is suitable for suspended equipment with easy couplings. The same magnet of MHM 11, as for magnity suspended system type 1 is used.
