The separator control system ensures smooth acceleration and stop of the separator and control of operation and washing. The separator control system is completed with a frequency converter. The use of a frequency converter eliminates the centrifugal clutch and provides a smoother transition of critical speeds during acceleration and stopping of the separator, reducing noise characteristics and power consumption.

The design of the separator provides for the active monitoring of safety indicators: rotation speed; vibration and temperature characteristics using sensors. The current readings are displayed on the touch screen of the control cabinet.
