Separator-cream separator MAXCLEAN

The MAXCLEAN 5 t, 10 t, 15 t, 25 t, 40 t separator is a centrifugal separator that is structured as a milk and whey clarifier, centrifugal pump, automatic partial and full drain, suitable for cleaning in place (CIP). Supplied as a stand - alone unit mounted on a frame and equipped with its own control cabinet.

Its purpose is to remove organic and inorganic solids / contaminants found in milk and whey and is also effective in cleansing somatic cells and reducing spores.

MAXCLEAN can also be used to restore whey protein.
