The disconnector of the RVZ 10/630 internal installation M of BONDS on rated voltage is 10 kV and rated current 630 A with interphase distance of 200 mm, climatic modification and category of placement of BONDS.
RVZ disconnectors of internal installation are intended:
- for an otklfyucheniye and inclusion energized sites of an electric chain of high voltage in the absence of load current and for change of the scheme of connection;
- for ensuring safe works on the disconnected site;
- for inclusion and shutdown of charging currents of air and cable lines, current of idling of transformers and currents of small loadings.
RVZ disconnectors have one or two shaft with the grounding knives.
The separate drive is necessary for management of each grounding shaft.
The mechanical blocking between shaft of the main knives and shaft of the grounding knives excluding wrong inclusion is provided in RVZ disconnectors.
RVZ disconnectors are used in rooms where fluctuations of temperature and humidity of air insignificantly differ from fluctuations in the open air and there is rather free access of external air, for example in tents, bodies, trailers, metal rooms without thermal insulation, and also in a casing of the complete device or under a canopy to avoid direct impact of solar radiation and an atmospheric precipitation on products.
The room in which RVZ disconnectors and PR-10 drives are installed has to be closed, vzryvo-and fireproof, not containing aggressive gases and vapors in the concentration destroying isolation and sheetings. The PR-10 drive - the lever mechanism intended for manual turning on and shutdown of disconnectors.
RVZ disconnectors are manufactured in executions of UHL2 and are intended for work in the following nominal conditions: height above sea level - to 1000 m; air temperature - from minus 40 to +40 °C; the top value of relative humidity of air - 100% at a temperature of +25 °C (with moisture condensation).
