Products control unit

 Our company projects, makes and establishes for product lines of the industrial enterprises of the control unit and sorting of the made production, including removal of the rejected products.

 It is possible to use this device at all production phases:

• entrance control (control of preparations or container)

• control in the course of production

• output control of finished goods

Control is possible:

 - Geometrical sizes of products, form, coloring, etc.

 - Completeness control (existence/lack of elements) of products (existence of a cover, marking, label, openings, etc.)

 - Control filling of a container with a product (weight, level), maintaining statistics, etc.

 - Measurement of curvature, area, quantity etc.

 - Recognition of situation (determination of spatial coordinates);

 - When using additional optics control of microobjects is possible (measurement accuracy to 0,001mm);

 And many other things.
