Purpose: Anticorrosive primer - enamel is intended for protection against atmospheric and soil corrosion in normal and slightly aggressive environments of ferrous metal surfaces: various metal structures, bridges, overpasses, freight railway transport, garages, fences, doors, elements of machines and mechanisms, etc. P. Anticorrosive primer - enamel  can be applied both on pure metal and on a strong layer of rust up to 100 microns, and not only in the warm season, but also at temperatures down to - 20 ° C. Anticorrosive can be used both as an independent coating and as an effective primer for enamels and paints such as PF, GF, MA, etc. , especially in cases where the surface is difficult to clean from rust.

Application method:

Surface preparation:   Before applying the primer - enamel, the surface is dried, cleaned from rust, scale mechanically (metal brush, sandpaper, grinding wheels), degreased with a solvent.

Staining method: If a film has formed on the surface of the primer - enamel during storage, it should be removed first, then thoroughly mixed until the sediment disappears completely. If necessary, dilute to working viscosity with solvent or xylene. Drying of each layer at t 18 ° C - 22 ° C no more than 30 minutes. The primer - enamel prepared for application can be applied with a paint sprayer, brush or roller. Metal surfaces are painted in 2 cross layers. It is allowed to apply the first layer on a rusty surface if there is no peeling rust.
