Description
The potato digger is designed for mechanized digging of potatoes, separating tubers from the ground and laying them on the surface for further manual collection on small land plots.
The potato digger is suitable for use on light soils. Ridge planting of potatoes with a row spacing of 700 mm is recommended.
The potato digger digs in one row of potatoes with a ploughshare to a depth of tubers (up to 200 mm), crushes the tuberous soil layer by shaking in a roar, sifts parts of the soil, moves and places tubers on the surface of the field.
The potato digger is aggregated with the Belarus - 09N, Belarus - 08N walk - behind tractor (hereinafter referred to as the walk - behind tractor).
