General characteristics:

1. The container for pasteurization is made of food grade stainless steel (AISI 304);

2. Availability of an agitator with an electric motor (for even warming up of the content);

3. Availability of the dust and waterproof control interface (IP55 according to the international standard).

 

Pasteurization:

1. Warming up occurs through the warming up of the water jacket, which excludes the possibility of milk burning to the walls of the container. The water jacket is located over the entire surface of the container (bottom and walls), which gives the best heat transfer rate;

2. The entire pasteurization process is completely automated. It is enough to connect the device to a power supply, press the start button and the equipment will warm up the content to the established temperature, maintain the pasteurization temperature and cool down to the drinking temperature without intervention.

3. The milk warming up cycle before cooling to the drinking temperature takes 1 hour 20 minutes:

· Milk warming up to the established temperature: 25 - 30 minutes (62°С by default)

· Pasteurization time: 30 minutes by default

· Milk cooling to 40°С: 25 - 30 minutes

· Automatically maintains the drinking temperature after pasteurization.
