Metal structures of bridge structures

1. All steel grades of structural elements are accepted in accordance with the requirements of SP 16.13330.2017 "Steel structures", depending on the group of structures;

2. Welding is carried out in a mechanized way in a carbon dioxide environment with welding wire Sv - 08G2S

according to GOST 14771 - 76, manufacturing requirements according to GOST 23118 - 2012;

3. Protection of structures against corrosion is carried out in accordance with SP 28.13330.2012 and GOST 9.402 - 2004.

The total thickness of the coating, including the primer, is at least 55 microns (any thickness at the request of the customer).

4. Availability of bridge inspection for metal structures of bridge structures.
