Mernik model 2 discharges like M2r with a rated volume of 2000 dm3 is intended for bezdemontazhny checking of reservoirs, liquid counters, and also for measurement of volume amount of liquid.

Mernik is mounted:
- on a transfer table, movement of a platform with a mernik manual.
- on the transfer table executed on the basis of the Tonar trailer, transportation of a platform with a mernik the mechanical trasport facilities equipped with the traction coupler on OST 377.001.096 - 89 and the plug socket in accordance with GOST 9200 - 76 with a speed no more:
- 20 km/h on roads with a cobbled covering and soil;
- 40 km/h on roads with an asphalt coating.
Transportation and movement of a platform with the filled mernik is not allowed.
Operating conditions:
- Ambient air temperature is from - 40 With to + 40 C;
- Upper working value of the atmospheric pressure of 106,7 kPa (800 mm hg);
- Upper value of air humidity of 100% at + 25C.

Principle of work
The principle of work of a mernik consists in the following: when carrying out test and measuring works, in previously moistened working fluid the mernik via the defoamer moves a dose of working fluid. After filling of a mernik temperature measurement of working fluid is performed and on the corresponding marks in a scale the assessment of volume of the liquid given in a mernik is made.
At a temperature of the liquid differing from + 20C it is necessary to consider the correction on change of volume of a mernik. After carrying out check draining of working fluid from a mernik in foreign capacity by means of the electric pump is made.
