The melting furnace is intended for melting of non-ferrous metals. Temperature of melting is up to 1300 º C

The furnace has permission to application of Rostekhnadzor and the Sanitary and epidemiologic conclusion.

Description:

The furnace is ardent, reflective. It is completed with an automatic diesel or gas torch. The gas torch can be delivered in two executions: (4±1) kPa, (6±30) kPa. It is equipped then for division of non-ferrous metals from ferrous metals. The furnace futerutsya by fire-resistant materials, depending on brand of the melted metal.

In the lower part of a kopilnik the lyotochny opening closed by the lock device giving the chance of smooth regulation of an exit of fusion from the furnace is located. The loading window is closed by a shiber with the electromechanical drive.

Automatic installation of temperature condition in the furnace, allows to separate consistently from difficult scrap non-ferrous metals on their temperature of melting.

On lateral face of the furnace there is a technological window which is also closed by a shiber with the electromechanical drive, allowing to work with fusion in a kopilnik (to remove slag, to mix fusion, etc.). The explosive valve is installed in furnaces.

Furnace and aspiration gases, come to the cleaning module where they are cleared, diluted with air and are released into the atmosphere. Control and regulation of temperature in the furnace is carried out by the microprocessor block installed in the control panel. In a design of the furnace the technical solutions ensuring safe, trouble-free functioning are realized.
