Perma FLEX is a compact, completely ready - to - install lubrication system in which the device controlling the feed rate of the lubricant and the lubricated container are a single unit Perma FLEX can be used in a wide variety of applications at ambient temperatures from - 20 ° С to + 60 ° C, while the lubricant supply time is adjustable in the range from 1 to 12 months.
The system provides continuous supply of the friction unit with fresh lubricant over a selected period of time due to a controlled chemical reaction that allows to develop the required pressure. Perma FLEX is available with lubricant volumes of 60 cm3 and 125 cm3.
Application area:
Perma FLEX is suitable for single - point lubrication in a wide variety of applications. The system complies with protection class lP 68 against penetration of water jets and contamination, and therefore it works especially reliably in conditions of high dust content and high humidity. Due to its extended temperature range, Perma FLEX can be used outdoors. The lubrication period can be freely adjusted and adjusted at any time during operation of the system, and the system can be turned off during periods of prolonged downtime.
