Production technology of an ekstrudat
Initial components: waste of slaughter and meat processing (veterinary seized properties, nonfood waste, bones, offal, murrain) and forage.
Waste of meat processing is crushed in the unit crushing meat-and-bone to fraction of 4-6 mm, further doizmelchatsya by the pump grinder to fraction of 1-2 mm, according to a compounding mixes up with forages in the horizontal single-shaft mixer (uniformity of mixing of 95%). Ready mix is extruded in PE-1250U's press extruder. After extruding the product the shnekovy conveyor moves in a cooler of an ekstrudat.
Technology advantages:
- use only of one energy carrier (electric power) -
- lack of formation of sewage and gas emissions.
Important advantage is low prime cost and a long period of storage of the final product (not less than 6 months). The product received as a result of work of the line (ekstrudat) actually is the vegetable forage enriched with a protein and fats in the form, most available to digestion.
