Line for metal-tile production

It is intended for the production of Monterrey type metal - tile with 24 mm wave height of sheets of galvanized iron 0, 55 mm thick, and also of varnished - and - paint metal, coated with decorative shielding coating. The high quality of finished production is ensured by automatic system of control and tracking of technological process accuracy. Line for the production of metal - tile consists of driving let - off reel, contour - shaping mill with leading device, transverse press - die, guillotine - shears, receiving table - roller conveyer and control cabinet. All let - off reels are supplied with sensors on loops formation tracking and prevention, which record the position of hang - down of steel tape. Protsess of production is conducted by sequential profiling method. The control for the line of metal - tile production is achieved centralizedly, by control cabinet, wich can smoothly regulate the rate of rolling, quantity and length of metal - tile sheetsunder work.
