LATTICE RAKE RGR REYKOVY

RGR - is intended for removal big (more than 8 mm) waste from hozyaystvennobytovy sewage, and also are applied at stations of transfer of drains and on clearing structures.

DEVICE AND WORK OF THE PRODUCT

The lattice rake rack type represents the rigid design consisting of a frame, the carriage, a stripper of garbage, a lattice and the case electric established in well ventilated and heated room.

Work of a lattice consists in back and forth motion of the carriage with plundered at the expense of an obeganiye asterisks around the laths fixed on a frame.

At the movement of the carriage down, the grablina moves over a lattice, plunging into waste liquid to extreme lower situation. In the lower provision of an asterisk pass from the top surface of a lath on lower therefore the grablina nestles on a working surface of a lattice and begins to move up, removing the garbage detained on a lattice, moving them, on the special pallet, to a stripper of garbage. The stripper of garbage dumps them in the store (dustbin) which is not included in the delivery package.

In the top situation the carriage presses the limit switch and stops. Inclusion of the working course of the carriage is carried out from the timer which is adjusted on a certain period, depending on amount of the arriving garbage.

The gap between the working provision of a grablina and a lattice is regulated by the screws located on the carriage and resting against tail part of a grablina.
