MAC 107/2 is the latest model from the / 2 series.
Some characteristics of the previous press have been improved: the screed and extrusion channel have been strengthened, the counter - pressure cylinder has been increased. As a result, the density of the bale is increased by 30% for cardboard and 15% for plastic. Bale size 110 x 75 cm.
The control panel allows you to better control the operation of the press: to adjust production parameters - pressure and back pressure, bale length, etc. The infographic system allows real - time diagnostics.
HARDOX wear linings are bolted to the brake duct and seal box and can be easily replaced. This system protects the machine from abrasion and corrosion.
The cutting blades are highly efficient, hardened and interchangeable depending on the material being cut.
The horizontal strapping system is designed to bind with both plastic and steel wires. This system provides greater operator safety. Maintenance is carried out at floor level.
