Thermoshrinkable packages
Thermoshrinkable packages are generally used for packing of ham, paste, sausage, bacon and all other products of processing of meat, and also for packing of fresh meat, a bird, cheese, fish, etc. Thanks to the multilayered structure combining the protective and pressurizing layers, packages soobladat magnificent properties for vacuum packing which can not always provide usual packing materials.
Advantages of packages
1. Low gas permeability - excellent gas-insulating properties of packages provide the high quality standards of storage and freshness of products.
2. Low permeability of water vapor - shrinkage and loss of weight of a product is almost equal to zero even after the long periods of storage.
3. High mechanical durability - thanks to this property risk of damages of a product during the transporting and storage is almost absent.
4. Good shrinkage - at short-term immersion in hot water or hot spraying thermoshrinkable packages provide uniform shrinkage on the packed product, excepting formation of bubbles and the sticking-out corners.
5. External appeal - packages give to products more attractive look due to the transparency and glossy gloss. Thanks to high extent of shrinkage, packages create effect as if of "the second skin" of a product that too increases its appeal.
6. Faultless characteristics of closing - packages of this type can be sealed by a thermal svarivaniye or a klipsovaniye (a latching a clip - a bracket from aluminum pro-wolves). All types of vacuum chambers and the equipment for a klipsovaniye are for this purpose suitable. Characteristic rigidity of packages provides ease and speed of their filling with a product.
