LEM - 10 winch
it is intended for movement of railway cars on loading and unloading sites of railway warehouses. The winch shunting LEM - 10 are calculated for movement of 10 railway cars weighing payload up to 750 tons that will allow to replace a locomotive - expensive in operation and rent.
Raising of freights the winch is inadmissible.
Installation of economic electric motors allowed to achieve the minimum operational energy consumption. The two - drum design of the LEM - 10 winch provided simplicity and convenience in operation are not required any extras for pulling up of a rope to cars.
It is calculated for work in the following conditions:
- ambient temperature is from + 40 °C to - 40 °C;
- a climatic modification "At" and "T", the category "2" in accordance with GOST 15150 - 69;
- working situation - fastening on the horizontal platform;
- the operating mode is average;
Winch service life - 7 years.
At the request of the customer the winch can be manufactured with the changed output characteristics (rope capacity, rope navivka speed, etc. ). In need of work in an explosive environment, the winch is completed with electric equipment in explosion - proof execution according to GOST 12.2.020 - 76.
Shipment is carried out automobile or by rail.
The producer guarantees compliance of the winch to requirements of the existing technical documentation and no - failure operation during a warranty period, on condition of observance by the consumer of service regulations, transportation, storage and installation.
