Brother KE-430FS II-03 Electronic 1 needle machine of a shuttle stitch for production of clips

Electronic high-speed 1 needle machine of a shuttle stitch with a direct servomotor for production of clips with automatic cutting of thread, a niteotbrasyvatel and raising of a clamping frame. The type of a clip is chosen from the car control panel without mechanical reorganizations. In a basic equipment of the car 89 types of clips are programmed.

- Thanks to the high speed of 3200 St/min. the car has high efficiency and the most bystry sewing cycle in the world. The system of the direct drive allows to carry out start and a stop of the car almost instantly. 
- The direct servo-driver, provides the soft course, noiselessness and small vibration in work, economy of the consumed energy and faultless sewing. 
- Use of new model of the servo-driver allows to reduce electricity consumption by 11% in comparison with the previous BROTHER KE-430D model.  
- Productivity of the car is increased by 27% in comparison with the previous models, and similar cars of other producers.
- Function of an active tension of thread, allows to set the necessary tension of thread corresponding to the used material and provides high-quality sewing. The tension is easily programmed from the control panel.
- Height of raising of a clamping frame can change depending on material thickness, the operator from the control panel, without mechanical reorganizations. This parameter can be set also at cyclic sewing.
- The minimum lubrication system of mechanisms allows to avoid hit of oil spots on a product. 
- To minimize a thread tip after cutting it is used special mobile and motionless knives, the last is located closer to fabric. Thanks to it thread tip length after cutting makes 2 – 2,5 mm that excludes need of manual undercutting.
- By car the powerful servomotor of the main shaft 550W thanks to what force of a puncture of a needle is high, even is installed during the work at a low speed.  
- In memory of the car 89 types of clips are standardly put. At the additional order of the software of PS-300B" there is an opportunity to independently program a type of a clip of various configuration. Again created clips, it is possible to add easily by means of compact a flash of cards. There is no need to write down them on P-ROM, to open the control unit and to establish on a payment.
